Solo and small ensemble groups are starting now! If you and some friends
would like to sing together and compete on April 9th, contact Mr. Chesher and we will find music and get prepared!
Jazz choir is singing Tuesday and Thursday mornings! So far we're working
on three songs, Imogene Heep's Hide and Seek, the Manhattan Transfer hit Java Jive and Up The Ladder to The Roof, made
famous by The Nylons.

Buchanan Schools have paired up with the Cedar Rapids RoughRiders to offer a unique fundraising opportunity!
Through an online fundraising program, we are selling tickets for the Riders' March 25th game vs. the
Youngstown Phantoms. We will make $5 for each blue zone ticket and $4 for each gray zone ticket sold through this program.
Please advise that the tickets will not be available on the day of the game, so order your tickets early to ensure that our
school gets credit for tickets sold. Our concert choir will also be singing the National Anthem that evening.
Below are instructions for how to access and use the RoughRiders Fundraising site.
How To Use the RoughRiders
Fundraiser Site:
1. Go to the website- www.ridertownusa.com.
2. Click on the “Tickets” tab and
select “Fundraiser Tickets”
3. Enter
your Fundraiser ID- eastbuch
4. Select the game,
zone, number of seats needed, and add any special requests (For example: on an aisle or next to the Smith family).
5. Click on the “Add to Cart Button” and then
the “Checkout” button.
6. Enter payment
information and hit “Submit”.

You will receive a confirmation email and you can pick up your tickets at the RoughRiders Box Office.
